She has worked as a news writer, feature writer, sub and production editor covering industries and subjects as diverse as property, travel, health, finance & insurance and life in France. She was group production editor at EMAP’s finance titles for a while and the editor of the website French Entrée for a surprisingly long time.
As a copywriter, Trish is notorious for creating first-class reports, case studies, press releases and more.
She is the author of two books – Life in France and Make Do & Cook.
And Trish is also a passionate collector of perfumes and kimono.
Steve Mansfield-Devine is an experienced writer, journalist and photographer.
He has been writing and taking pictures all his life because it’s what he loves doing and nobody has thought to stop him.
His journalism has appeared in national newspapers, consumer and business magazines and in many nooks and crannies on the web. He has also served time as a copywriter and as editor of B2B corporate magazines for the likes of IBM, Lockheed Martin, General Dynamics and government departments.
For the past decade or so, Steve has been the editor of the professional journals Computer Fraud & Security and Network Security, now published by Mark Allen Group and previously by Elsevier. He is a Certified Ethical Hacker but uses his powers only for good.
Steve is the author of two novels – Lady Caine and Black Project. He has also published a volume of his landscape photography, Finistère Insolite. And back in the day he was the author/photographer of three aviation photo books (he is a lapsed private pilot).
