This should be quick.
The Asus Prime X470-Pro motherboard I’d settled on needs DDR4 RAM.
The board supports 3600MHz memory.
I’ve heard good things said about Corsair Vengeance memory.
I reckoned I could afford 16GB.
So I bought two 8GB sticks of Corsair Vengeance DDR4 3600MHz RAM.
There’s really not a lot more to say about it. I understand that I might not achieve that maximum speed. Whatever. Also, the version of the RAM I bought has RGB lighting, for some reason I forget. Whatever.
I will, at some point, add another two sticks, to bring the PC up to 32GB, as and when my finances (and my More Significant Other) allow.
Is there anything else to be said about memory?
